Becoming an Urban Designer: Day One

I survived....and I survived the commute...which, despite it taking 30 minutes alone just to get to 70 (which isn't even the halfway mark of the ride) I still made it there within 45 minutes....I don't think I was speeding.
While they wait for the Sarasota project to resume, I'll be doing minor tasks. Today I made this diagram. It shows traditional development (good) as opposed to conventional suburban development (bad). I chose to model the bad (top) after my Hunt Valley Station, where I spent my teen years. Their thoughts? it was horrible enough to be perfect. There are a handful of these diagrams out there already, but rather than crediting someone else, why not have your own?
